MEET THE CHEF
The Heart Behind the Griddle
Gourmet Griddle Co. is the vision of chef and owner Brandtly Ward, whose passion for great food and creative cooking inspired him to take restaurant-quality meals on the road.
After studying culinary arts and operating a restaurant in New York, Brandtly found inspiration while visiting his brother in Oregon. That trip sparked the idea for Gourmet Griddle Co., a food truck built around fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and bringing people together.
Every menu is thoughtfully crafted and constantly evolving, giving guests something new to discover throughout the season. Whether you're stopping by a brewery, community festival, or booking us for your own event, our goal is simple: create unforgettable food and memorable experiences.

Before becoming Gourmet Griddle Co., this truck had a pretty incredible life of its own.

Originally delivered sweet treats as a Hershey delivery truck.
